Why do Emiratis sometimes drop pronouns completely?

Why do Emiratis sometimes say just the verb without saying “I”, “you”, or “he” first?

Example:

• أسير السوق (Going to the market / I’m going to the market)
• instead of
• أنا أسير السوق
